Desiree Hartsock Siegfried Reveals Whether or Not She Remembers the Soulja Boy Rap
Desiree Hartsock’s first group date on "The Bachelorette" is one she and the 14 guys will remember for the rest of their lives.
"The Bachelorette" never holds back on over-the-top and once-in-a-lifetime dates, and this group date with Soulja Boy was no different. The guys rapped the chorus of "For the Right Reasons" as Desiree crooned about her hopes to find true love, as well as her past on "The Bachelor." She raps in one line, "Last time you saw me I was crying in a limo / Sean sent me home and put my heart in limbo."
That date surely goes down in the Bachelor Nation history books, but does Des remember the song? She opened up to Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin on a new episode of "Bachelor Happy Hour" about her time on the show and what her life is like now.
During their conversation, Rachel asked if Desiree could recall the lyrics to her Soulja Boy rap. Des responded, "I do. It's ingrained in me. I loved it."
She joked she thought "every date would be that cool" and mentioned that the first week was one of her favorites because "nothing is too emotional and you’re just hanging."
Rachel told Des one of her bucket list items is to appear in a music video, and the three ladies then decided they should recreate it and have all the Bachelorettes contribute to it.
