Caila Quinn Shares Her Tips for Coping with Anxiety
Just days after World Mental Health Day, Caila Quinn opened up on Instagram about how she copes with anxiety.
Caila answered several questions on her Instagram Story on Monday and offered up to her followers that she wanted to act as "a friend from afar."
She wrote, "I’m going to do a little Q&A this Monday, remind you that you’ve got this, & let you know I’m here for you."
One person wrote in, "I’m incredibly anxious."
Caila sympathized with the person and shared three things she does when she’s feeling anxious. The first tip was, "Drink a full glass of water (Slows your heart)."
The second tidbit of advice read, "List everything making you anxious (sometimes your mind just needs to set them down on paper)."
Her third piece of advice was to "go for a walk."
She added in parentheses, "Those 15 min you go get a coffee/tea resets your day & when you come back you can start fresh with a new mindset."
With everything going on in the world, Caila recently paid homage to her father Christopher and her fiancé Nick Burrello in a touching Instagram post.

She posted a selfie of the three of them in Oktoberfest garb and wrote, "To the two most supportive men in my life. You are my rocks, my champions, & I’m grateful for you both. This is a difficult time for many households. Quarantine is testing many relationships, but it’s important to recognize the good and show gratitude for patience & kindness. "
Caila added, "So this Sunday I am throwing some love into the universe for all of the kind men out there that are supporting the women in their lives. We see you & we appreciate you."
Caila and Nick recently celebrated their three-year anniversary after getting engaged in January.
