Hannah Ann Sluss Reintroduces Herself and Opens Up About Insecurities
Please allow Hannah Ann Sluss to reintroduce herself.
There’s much more to Hannah Ann than being a "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast co-host and a People’s Choice Awards nominee, and she wants the world to see that.
On Monday, the "Bachelor" alumna posted a photo of herself wearing no makeup and kneeling next to a pile of hay in her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee. In her caption, she opened up about a side of her that fans of "The Bachelor" and her Instagram followers don’t see every day.
She began her caption, "For those of you who don’t know me, or maybe think you know me, let me reintroduce myself 🙃 I love cooking and hosting for friends, decorating for every season, traveling to new places, and obsessed with anything Disney."

Hannah Ann wrote that when she was younger, she "never envisioned myself being on tv."
She shared, "As a kid I was extremely shy and had a stutter (sometimes still do). I struggled learning to read due to my dyslexia which created a lot of insecurity in me. I always had to fight a little harder to get the things I wanted and always thriving on a challenge... which led me to reality tv."
Hannah Ann continued, "The last two years has been full of drastic life changes, but I feel like the last month my body has caught up from the emotional stress of it all. From dealing with hormonal issues that has caused skin, hair, and nail issues to allergic reactions. It’s been messy and has brought out that insecure feeling I once struggled with as a kid."

The 24-year-old said she wanted to share this side of her with everyone "because Instagram/TV sometimes just highlights the successes and happy moments." Rather, she hopes “sharing more of myself can inspire someone out there to not allow your insecurities to limit you.”
As she mentioned early in her post, Hannah Ann loves sharing recipes and floral designs on her Instagram page. Some of these special meals include chili, Halloween cookies, zesty potato wedges, and more.
