Rachel Lindsay Really Wants This Person to Slide Into Becca Kufrin's DMs
Rachel Lindsay is all about being a wing woman for her friends. She even has a proven track record. Now, she wants to help out her "Bachelor Happy Hour" co-host Becca Kufrin.
Rachel, Becca, and Tayshia Adams caught up on a special "Bachelor Happy Hour" and "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast episode where the three women continued their conversation about Tayshia's first night and dates as the new Bachelorette. In Tuesday's episode of "The Bachelorette," Jason knocked on Tayshia's door and told her he wanted to send himself home.
He said to her, "I let my walls down and I think I fell in love with Clare. Unfortunately, she chose somebody else. My feelings for her were real. You deserve someone amazing. You deserve someone who is all-in. Unfortunately, I can’t do this anymore."
The three podcast hosts spoke about this emotional moment between Tayshia and Jason. Tayshia admitted Jason "caught my eye when I walked into the room because he's so tall and he looked so good in that suit."
Tayshia could "see that he was so lost and navigating all the feelings he was feeling."
She said, "I couldn’t ask him to stay and try to push through it. It wouldn’t be fair to him. I’m really happy that he took my advice in sense of be honest with yourself and then be honest with me. As much as I’m just getting to know him, I want him to be happy at the end of the day."
Becca commended Jason's honesty, calling the way he handled the situation "so respectful."
She expressed, "For him, it was such a brave thing for him to say, 'I respect your time and my time and the guys’ time. If I don’t feel it, I have to remove myself.' We haven’t seen that too often, especially in this way. Kudos to Jason for being so respectful. There was a moment when he was leaving and my heart gave a little twang, like, 'Oh, what could’ve been.'"
Upon hearing that last line, Rachel jumped at the opportunity to try to put her matchmaking skills to good use.
She said, "Let me pull on twang that for a second. If anybody is listening to this and knows Jason or Jason’s handle, we know he removed himself at this point from Tayshia’s season. I need you guys to click this bait. Go on and slide in Becca’s DMs."
Rachel quipped, "Get to know Becca Kufrin a bit, Jason. I think you guys could make something happen. Click this bait. That needs to be y’all’s hashtag: #ClickThisBait. Becca is the bait. I love it."
Becca joked, "Rachel’s not only a co-host, but also a matchmaker."
Rachel quickly responded, "I have matched three couples that have married. I’m just saying."
Jason, are you listening?
