Caila Quinn Shares New Wedding Details After Cancelling Ceremonies
Caila Quinn and her fiancé Nick Burrello had big plans for their wedding. The coronavirus, however, forced them to readjust.
Caila and Nick initially planned on having two ceremonies in May 2021: a big one in her home state of Ohio with 200 family and friends, and a smaller, more "intimate" setting in Lake Como, Italy, with 60 people.
On October 19, Caila posted on her blog that she and Nick ultimately decided to cancel their nuptials. Now, they have new plans to walk down the aisle and shared them with the wedding website "The Knot."
The couple explained that they kept their original date of May 29, 2021, but this time, the ceremony will be in Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota plays a major role in their relationship, too. Nick proposed to Caila there right around New Year's.

Caila and Nick will get the best of both worlds, too, because the nuptials will take place at The Ringling Museum of Art, which is designed with Italianate architecture.
Caila and Nick are big travelers, and she told "The Knot" that they "want to create pamphlets with everyone's photos and names, it's like a little passport."
She said of Sarasota, "Our destination of Sarasota does represent who we are with travel, we love doing that as a couple, so that aesthetic will play in."
Nick joked, "And it's easier to get to than Italy."
On Monday, Caila posted videos on her Instagram Story showing their new save-the-date cards, which have a painting of an orange on the top right corner and reads, "let’s try this again..."
She explained to "The Knot" about the cards, "It's light-hearted and everyone will laugh at it. It's a celebration that's just as sweet and wonderful."
Nick told the site that the whole wedding planning process showed him "not to lose sight of what's important."

He expressed, "You have a dream of a place you really want to get married, but don't lose sight of what's important, which is your relationship at the end of the day."
Caila said, "If anything, it's taught me to really appreciate my partner and affirm him with all the love languages: Say, 'Thank you, I love you.' Be there with your partner by showing up."
She added, "We've certainly grown closer and strengthened our relationship."
