Diggy Moreland & Eric Bigger Share Expert Advice to Help Jump-Start Your Week
Monday got you feeling down? Eric Bigger and Diggy Moreland can help with that.
Eric and Diggy are both experts when it comes to doling out advice, especially the motivational kind. Both men shared some words of wisdom Monday morning that revolved around being unafraid to follow the path best suited for oneself.
Diggy posted a photo of himself walking in the street standing under an overpass with arches in it. He wrote, "Monday Motivation: Set that intention for the week. Go be great. Just know, it’s okay to take road less traveled 😎😉"

Eric's picture showed him in workout gear with his hands on his knees as he started intently at the camera. He began, "To know where you’re going, you have to understand where you have been. If you knew what I knew, you would believe in yourself because that’s the secret to making it through. Don’t allow outside forces to distract you from being your best self!"

His caption continued, "If you want to know where you’re at in life, look at the people around you, the conversations you're having, the thoughts you’re thinking, and the beliefs you have about yourself—most of life 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. Divine alignment is a must, and you have what it takes. Have a phenomenal day! #ItsMiracleSeason"

Both men constantly promote positivity and never giving up on your hopes and dreams. On October 27, for instance, Eric shared, "Beautiful things take time, and your work in progress, a blessing in disguise. See your worth that you don’t notice is internal, and the outer is a cover-up because you might be afraid people will see that beautiful power. It’s alright because you learn and grow daily and also struggle and lack. It comes with life, and you’re not here to be perfect nor to please anyone but yourself."
One day before that, Diggy wrote, "Hey you reading this: It’s a pretty good time to have a great week 😎"
Whether it's Monday motivation or focus to get through a Friday, Bachelor Nation has no shortage of inspirational and positive messages when it's needed most.
