Get Ready for JoJo Fletcher to Fill in Chris Harrison's Shoes as 'Bachelorette' Host
We knew JoJo Fletcher was going to fill in for Chris Harrison as host on "The Bachelorette," but it was only a matter of when. Well, Bachelor Nation, that time has officially arrived.
On Tuesday, Chris posted a selfie alongside JoJo that he took at La Quinta Resort & Club during filming. He captioned it, "Tonight this amazing woman answers the call. @joelle_fletcher steps up and helps me out while I 'sneak' away and take care of a lil family business. Thank you my friend!"

In August, the longtime host dropped his son Josh off at college to begin his freshman year, hence why JoJo got called in.
JoJo joins the ranks of other familiar faces who have made appearances this season. Chris and Bri, the winners of "The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart," serenaded Clare Crawley and Dale Moss after their romantic dinner under the stars. Becca Kufrin and Sydney Lotuaco co-hosted "Tayshia's Truth or Dare" excursion. Wells Adams also showed up to judge the wrestling date.
The Season 12 Bachelorette spoke with Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin on an episode of "Bachelor Happy Hour" in October about what it was like getting the call and being offered the role as temporary host.
She told Becca and Rachel, "When I came, they didn’t tell me anything. I had no clue what I was even walking into. Not a clue! So I show up, meet with Chris, and he gives me the rundown and I was like, 'You’re leaving me with this? All right. Here goes nothing.'"
JoJo shared, "When you’re given the role and the job of filling in for Chris, and he’s the greatest of all time and he’s so phenomenal at his job and those one-liners and delivering those things, I was so stressed about not living up to his expectations."
She continued, "He trusted me to do this. The amazing thing was that I wasn’t coming in there trying to be Chris. I was coming in just to help him out."
Be sure to tune in to see how JoJo does as guest host of "The Bachelorette," Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC!
