Desiree Siegfried Calls Motherhood 'the Best Job I've Ever Been Given'
Designing wedding dresses might be Desiree Hartsock Siegfried’s dream job, but being a mom is certainly her favorite occupation.
On Wednesday, Desiree posted a selfie from her couch that shows her smiling with her son Zander napping on her chest.
She captioned it, "Just when I thought these baby days were over, Zander falls asleep on me and I ain’t complaining 🥰 The best job I’ve ever been given is being my boys momma."

Desiree, her husband Chris Siegfried, and their sons Asher and Zander moved into a new home recently and have been busy renovating and redecorating. Not long before Thanksgiving, Des and her kids got creative as they participated in a fun arts and crafts activity in their living room.
The wedding designer has also been sharing some home renovation updates on her Instagram Highlights and giving glimpses at how they’re redesigning their new space.
Earlier in the week, the Season 9 Bachelorette opened up about "roadblocks" she’s faced and overcoming the difficult ones.
She wrote on Instagram, "Life doesn’t always go as planned. Am I right?! Sometimes our expectations are dimmed by cruel realities and battles. Other times we can’t imagine life getting any better than this."

Desiree continued, "As we walk into a joyful season, starting a new chapter in a new home, I can’t help but reflect and be reminded by the many roadblocks, ditches, and straight up mountains I’ve had to overcome to get to this point in my life, feeling whole, grounded, and full of purpose."
Des called the "hurdles" we face "stepping stones to your testimony," and urged, "Don’t let them stop you from pressing on. They don’t define your future, your worth and you’re purpose in this life. Don’t give up. There is so much more to come for you, so much to believe in, so much to keep pressing forward."
