Juelia Kinney Welcomes Son Van Hayes: See the Adorable First Pics of Her Baby Boy!
Another Bachelor Nation baby! Juelia Kinney headed over to Instagram on Wednesday to announce the arrival of her newborn son, Van Hayes, whom she welcomed with fiancé Aaron Bass.
“Today we welcomed Van Hayes Bass into the world at 1:10 AM. All 7 pounds, 10 ounces and 20” long of him,” she wrote, accompanied by the first photos of her little one.
“We’re so thankful for this precious gift, to say we are in love is a severe understatement. I didn’t know my heart could be this full. Little buddy, thank you for choosing us to be your parents, we promise we will love you always,” continued Juelia, who revealed in September that she was expecting a boy.

Over on his own page, Aaron — the brother of Bachelor Nation star Evan Bass — shared a sweet message dedicated to his wife and their latest addition. (Aaron has two sons without Juelia, while the “Bachelor” alum has a 7-year-old daughter, Ireland, from a previous marriage.)
“Everyone meet our little buddy, Van Hayes Bass. He was born this morning, December 30th, at 1:10am, after what feels like the longest year of our lives,” Aaron wrote in part. “Juels was an absolute badass as always, and we couldn’t be more grateful for how it all went down. Van was a full moon baby, and though I don’t actually know what that means, I thought it sounded spiritual and unique and I wanted to let you know.”
It wasn’t long before former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” contestants flooded the San Diego-based couple’s comments sections with kind sentiments.
“Ahhhhhhh love him, love the name and love you!!! Congrats,” wrote Jade Roper, while Ashley Iaconetti commented, “Congratulations! Sooo cute!!”
Added Whitney Bischoff, “Congrats!! He is beautiful! Love the name xx”
Juelia and Aaron got engaged in July 2018. They were scheduled to wed June 5, but COVID-19 forced them to change those plans. Instead, the pair decided to travel to Arizona and “have a pretend wedding” in the backyard of their Airbnb.
