A Statement from the Women of 'The Bachelor' Season 25
The women of “The Bachelor” Season 25 banded together to release a statement on Thursday in response to Rachel Lindsay’s recent “Extra” interview with Chris Harrison regarding current contestant Rachael Kirkconnell.

Rachel Lindsay — who made history as the franchise’s first Black lead on Season 13 of “The Bachelorette” in 2017 — took to her Instagram Story to express her gratitude for the cast’s support and unity. “This is everything,” she wrote. “This truly moved me. Thank you, ladies.”
Hours later, the men of “The Bachelorette” Season 16 released their own statement, standing in solidarity with the women of Season 25.

Chris apologized twice for what he said in his interview with Rachel Lindsay on Wednesday and again on Saturday, the latter of which included his announcement of a temporary hiatus from the Bachelor franchise.
