Birthday Girl Ashley Hebert Is Ready to Take on 37 After 'Incredible' Solo Vacation
Birthday girl Ashley Hebert headed over to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to let Bachelor Nation know she is looking forward to another year of life — especially after a rejuvenating solo vacation in Turks and Caicos.
“Hey, everybody. I am leaving my vacation spot, so I thought I’d come on here and let you know where I’ve been at because a lot of you have been asking,” said the former Bachelorette, who had previously kept her location under wraps. “I have been staying at the Wymara Resort in Turks and Caicos and it has been incredible.”
Ashley added, “I’ve been laying out by the pool every day. I feel reenergized, refocused, centered, grounded, and ready to take on 37. I feel, like, brand new.”
On her grid, the mom of two — who shares son Fordham, 6, and daughter Essex, 4, with estranged husband J.P. Rosenbaum — expressed more appreciation for another trip around the sun.
“I feel relaxed, light, comfortable, happy, grateful, centered, grounded, and focused on all the things that matter to me... my kids, my family, my friends, my mental health, my career, my patients, and the beauty of life and all it has to offer,” the pediatric dentist captioned a gorgeous selfie.

“All my friends say I’m their wildest friend. I’m not wild... I seek fun, I seek truth, I seek positivity, optimism... I surround myself with people that embody this,” she continued. “This is why I have the best friends. I love life. I always have and I always will.”
Ashley concluded her message by admitting that there was a time “where I forgot who I was.” But that state of disarray is in the past, she explained: “I remember now. And I’m bringing it into 37.”
She continued, “Sending you all many blessings as we get older, as we gain wisdom, and I am hopeful that you know happiness is always in reach. Grateful to see 37.”
Ashley’s 37th birthday comes six months after she and J.P. announced plans to separate in October 2020. The pair — who met and fell in love on “The Bachelorette” Season 7 in 2011 — had been married for nearly eight years. Despite their split, the two — who are based in Miami — have remained close, celebrating Halloween and Essex’s fourth birthday together with their kids. The pair also hung out in March, with Ashley declaring via social media that she and J.P. will be “best friends forever.”
Here’s to even more peace and positivity in her life. Happy birthday, Ashley!
