'The Bachelorette,' Tayshia Adams & Clare Crawley Nominated for an MTV Movie & TV Award!
A rosy honor! “The Bachelorette” Season 16 and its two stunning leads, Tayshia Adams and Clare Crawley, have been nominated for an MTV Movie & TV Award.
The show is being recognized in the Best Dating Show category, alongside “90 Day Fiancé,” “Ex on the Beach,” “Love Is Blind,” and “Ready to Love.”
As Bachelor Nation can attest, Tayshia and Clare’s cycle of “The Bachelorette” was like no other. Clare found love just weeks into her journey, leaving room for Tayshia to step in as the season’s second star. After handing her final rose to front-runner Zac Clark, Tayshia accepted a proposal from the handsome addiction specialist. The beloved couple have since moved in together in Zac’s New York City apartment.
Tayshia reacted to the exciting news about the MTV nom in real time during this week’s episode of “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation.”
“This is so wild! Are you guys punking me? Oh my God, this is wild!” she told her podcast co-hosts, Joe Amabile and Natasha Parker. “Oh my God, I could cry. This is so fun! Wait, this is actually freaking wild. I’m speechless and, you know, that takes a lot. That’s amazing!”
In a recent interview with BachelorNation.com, Zac expressed his support for Tayshia and urged fans to vote for “The Bachelorette” Season 16 before May 17, when the inaugural Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted show is set to air on MTV.
“Go vote for the queen!” he said.
