Sean Lowe Says Wife Catherine Is the 'Most Selfless Human' in Touching Birthday Tribute

So sweet! Sean Lowe headed over to Instagram on Thursday to pay tribute to wife Catherine Lowe on her 35th birthday.
“It’s my wife’s birthday today! She’s an amazing mama, a wonderful wife, the most selfless human, and her head tastes like strawberries,” Sean captioned an adorable black-and-white photo with Catherine, in which he is seen jokingly gnawing on her head.
“Y’all wish her a happy birthday or else,” the former Bachelor and proud husband added.
Over on her own Instagram page, Catherine let fans know that she was celebrating another turn around the sun by “matching up to $10,000 for any donation that comes in” for Our Calling, a Texas-based nonprofit that benefits the homeless community in Dallas by providing them with food and shelter, among other necessities.
“Everything I’ve witnessed that pertains to this organization is done with dignity and intention,” she wrote. “I’m all in.”

Catherine’s special day comes just weeks after she stopped by the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast to update co-hosts Rachel Lindsay and Becca Kufrin about life with Sean. After falling in love on “The Bachelor” Season 17 in 2013, the couple tied the knot in January 2014 and now share three children: sons Samuel, 4, and Isaiah, 2, and daughter Mia, 16 months.
According to Catherine, she and Sean have thought about expanding their family. “We’ve talked about adoption in the past, and we’re praying about it and we’re talking about it and we’re trying to see if that’s right for where we are,” she told Rachel and Becca.
“We want to be present if we bring another child into [our family], whether it’s natural or it’s through an adoption agency,” Catherine continued. “We’re just trying to tread water now, see what we want to do, because we really want to be present for each of our children’s chapters.”
