Lauren Bushnell & Chris Lane Feel 'Way More Prepared' for Parenthood After Taking 'Baby 101' Class
Practicing for parenthood! Pregnant Lauren Bushnell took to Instagram on Monday to give Bachelor Nation a look inside her “Baby 101” class with husband Chris Lane.
“Chris and I took a Baby 101 class and I feel WAY more prepared,” the franchise alum wrote alongside a slideshow featuring pictures of the Nashville-based couple caring for a plastic baby doll.
Lauren and her country singer spouse — who are expecting a boy — are seen introducing the fake infant to their dogs in one photo. In another snap, Chris appears to be figuring out how to best hold a newborn.
“Chris dropped about 100 dad jokes and my heart melted seeing him change a diaper on a doll, so I cannot imagine the feeling I’ll have seeing him with our son,” Lauren added.

The “Bachelor” Season 20 alum’s post comes weeks after she shared that her son is due in June and will be a Gemini.
“Gemini baby coming soon!” Lauren wrote in a March social media post, accompanied by a shot of herself flaunting her baby bump in a figure-hugging dress. Lauren herself is an Aquarius, a fellow air sign meant to get along famously with Geminis.
Around the same time, Lauren — who announced her pregnancy in December — opened up about her path to conceiving in a candid Instagram Story Q&A.
“It took us about 6-7 months of ‘trying’ and 3 months of taking ovulation tests and using [Proov Test] strips,” she wrote, adding that the process was “emotional in some ways.”
“[It] only opened my heart to those who try for a lot longer and are struggling,” Lauren elaborated. “7 months felt long at times and had its ups and downs so I just wanna say if your journey is different than mine and you’re [trying to conceive] and struggling my heart goes out to you.”
