'Click Bait': Raven Gates & Adam Gottschalk Dish on Their 'Perfect' Wedding Day
Beloved Bachelor Nation couple Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk stopped by “Click Bait” to chat with co-hosts Joe Amabile and Natasha Parker about their April 16 wedding.
Raven and Adam — who first fell in love while filming “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 4 in 2017 — explained why their nuptials were “perfect” despite having to replan the ceremony multiple times due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
“We had a great wedding. It was perfect,” Raven said, noting that she and Adam had previously invited 425 people to their wedding, which was originally set for May 30, 2020, before the health crisis hit.

Nearly one year later, just 38 family members and close friends were in attendance for pair’s I do’s and were tested for COVID-19 the day before.
“I wish we could have done the 400-person wedding, the big blowout,” added Raven, who walked down the aisle at The Olana, a luxe estate outside of Dallas, Texas. “But it was so perfect the way it was.”
As COVID-19 restrictions continue to decrease, Adam said that he and Raven might host a bigger party later this year so that more of their loved ones can celebrate their union.
“Ideally, what we’d like to do is maybe in December of this year, for New Year’s, do a big blowout party and have all of our Bachelor peeps, our friends, everyone who just wants to come out and have a good time,” he said. “It’s kind of just to pay tribute to what could have been.”
Still, Raven and Adam feel grateful to have been forced into throwing an intimate affair.
“When we did have such a small wedding, it was so perfect. I told Adam, ‘There’s no way it would have been this fantastic had we had a huge wedding,’” Raven recalled. “I don’t think I ate during the reception and there wasn’t even 40 people in the room, so I couldn’t imagine how I would have felt if there were so many people that you had to go table to table. We just really got to enjoy ourselves.”
