Bibiana Julian Regrets Not Going for Joe Amabile on 'Paradise' Season 5: 'I Totally Slept on Him'

Bibiana Julian revealed in a new interview with Us Weekly that she regrets not pursuing Joe Amabile while filming “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 5 in 2018.
“My only regret with ‘Paradise,’ honestly, I was thinking about it today, my first [time on] ‘Paradise,’ I slept on Grocery Store Joe,” confessed the franchise alum, who also appeared on “Paradise” Season 6 in 2019. “I totally slept on him.”
As viewers will recall, Joe left “Paradise” Season 5 coupled up with Kendall Long. However, the pair ultimately called it quits in February 2020. Single and ready for another relationship, Joe participated in the seventh season of “Paradise,” which premieres Monday, August 16, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
Bibiana said that she wasn’t surprised to learn that Joe went back to the beach to give love another shot on reality TV.
“I talked to him prior, and it was something that, obviously, they were already talking to him about. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy decision for him, like, ‘Do I do this again? Do I not?’ But you know, he’s back in the mix,” the stunning Miami native explained. “He’s on ‘Click Bait.’ He’s single.”
She added, “If things don’t work out with him on ‘Paradise,’ he would be a Bachelor pick for me too.”
