Kaitlyn Bristowe & Jason Tartick Have Officially Set a Wedding Date
We hear wedding bells, Bachelor Nation! Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed in a new interview with Us Weekly that she and fiancé Jason Tartick have chosen a date to exchange their “I dos.”
“Our wedding plans are good,” the “Bachelorette” Season 17 co-host told the outlet after the recent “Men Tell All” taping. “We have created a guest list. We have created a website. We have set a date. So, we’re [doing] all the right things.”
However, one detail Kaitlyn and Jason have yet to iron out is a location.
“It’s hard because our families are so on opposite ends, you know?” explained the former Bachelorette, who hails from Alberta, Canada, while Jason is a native of Buffalo, New York.
Kaitlyn — who currently resides in Nashville with Jason — added, “[My family is] in Canada on the West Coast. His family is East Coast. So, we were thinking Nashville is probably a fun area to go.”
The “Dancing with the Stars” champ also noted that she and Jason are looking forward to starting a family in the very near future.
“I’ve had baby fever for, like, 10 years,” she said. “Jason and I already [said], like, ‘We’re making one as soon as we get married.’”
The pair got engaged May 11. Days later, during an interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” Kaitlyn detailed Jason’s “beautiful” proposal, which took place as she recorded an episode of her “Off the Vine” podcast.
“It was everything I could have asked for,” she said at the time. “The words that came out of his mouth were insanely beautiful. We’ve never locked eyes like that in our lives. We were holding hands, so intense, and I was listening to his every word but still blacked out.”
Kaitlyn — who starred on “The Bachelor” Season 19 before leading “The Bachelorette” Season 11 — and Jason — who participated in Season 14 of “The Bachelorette” — have been together since 2019. The duo originally met when Jason appeared as a guest on Kaitlyn’s podcast.
