Bachelorette Katie Thurston Has a Tough Decision to Make in Dramatic Finale Preview
We’re only days away from the emotional conclusion of Katie Thurston’s journey to find love on “The Bachelorette” Season 17.
A preview for next week’s finale sees the reigning franchise lead navigate unprecedented drama as her final Rose Ceremony approaches.
The clip shows shows Katie collapsing into her mother’s arms and crying. “I just didn’t see it ending,” she states in a voiceover, seemingly reflecting on her gut-wrenching split from front-runner Greg Grippo. “Not today.”
She adds, “Greg isn’t somebody I thought would leave like this.”
In an emotional exchange, Katie’s mom warns her daughter, “We don’t put ourselves in the position where we have to rely on a male.”
Katie then grapples with the decision at hand: Should she hand her final rose to Justin Glaze or Blake Moynes? Or is she still stuck on Greg?
“I hope he doesn’t take you for granted,” Justin tells Katie, likely referring to Greg.
Later, co-hosts Kaitlyn Bristowe and Tayshia Adams drop a mysterious bomb on Justin and Blake.
“What we’re about to tell you will actually change everything,” Kaitlyn states.
“I have no idea what’s going to happen,” Justin admits, while a frustrated Blake bemoans, “If Katie’s still hung up on Greg, then there’s no point to this.”
According to Katie, it’s tough to shake her feelings for Greg despite his contentious exit. “It’s so heartbreaking,” she tearfully confesses to the camera. “The love that I had for him is real.”
