Bachelor Nation was introduced to Deandra Kanu on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and after things didn’t work out with Peter Weber, she hit the beaches of “Bachelor in Paradise” to look for love.

Throughout her time on Season 7 of “Paradise,” Deandra found herself single and she wasn’t forming the type of relationship she was hoping for.

So after she didn’t receive a rose and went home, Deandra stopped by “Talking It Out” to chat with Bryan Abasolo and Mike Johnson about her experience.

Before Deandra even hopped on the podcast, both Mike and Bryan said they were “perplexed” at how a woman as great as Deandra didn’t find a love connection on the beach.

Deandra told the guys that despite not finding love, she still had an incredible experience and felt like she got to be authentic the entire time.

The Bachelor Nation star noted that she has no “Paradise” regrets, saying, “I stayed true to myself, so I wouldn’t change anything, because I was super true to myself. Looking back, I’m like, that’s an accurate representation of who I am as a person, so I wouldn’t change anything.”

Deandra noted that she had a better time on “Paradise” than she did on “The Bachelor” because she felt like she didn’t have to try to cater to what any one person wanted and she could just be herself.

She also added that she was okay leaving the beach single because she didn’t want to force anything and she’d rather be patient and wait for the right person.

At one point during the pod, Bryan asked Deandra what her type is if it wasn’t anyone on the beach, and Deandra threw a little flirtation at co-host Mike.

After saying that not many people in Bachelor Nation have caught her eye, Deandra revealed, “There’s different people that are my type. Like, obviously, Mike you’re a good-looking guy. If I saw you on the beach, I’d be like, ‘What’s up, Mike?’ My type is definitely well-spoken. I like a manly man.”

Mike chimed in with some flirtation of his own, saying, “All I’m saying is if I was on that beach, I would not be scared,” and that “the guys in ‘Paradise’ were tripping” for not going after Deandra.

He added that Deandra has a “great head on her shoulders” and is an “amazing woman.”

Bryan couldn’t help but get in on the fun, saying, “Mike and Deandra, you would look cute together. That’s all I’m saying.”

And after Deandra signed off, Mike ended the podcast by reiterating that he’s still “at a loss for words for what those guys were thinking” in “Paradise.”

Well, all we can say is that we agree with Bryan — these two would be extremely cute together!
