Fitness Enthusiast Shiann Lewis Shares the Perfect Full-Body Workout to Get a Jump-Start on Your Goals
Work it! Fans first met fitness enthusiast and Bachelor Nation star Shiann Lewis on Season 24 of “The Bachelor.”
While things didn’t necessarily work out between Peter Weber and Shiann, Shiann has taken her literal workouts to a whole new level since her time on the show.
If you’ve been keeping up with her on social media, you know that she’s been sharing updates on her fitness journey with her followers.
Earlier this year, Shiann posted photos of her progress, writing “This is your reminder to NOT GIVE UP! This is for when you lose motivation in your fitness journey to KEEP GOING. It is exactly that: A JOURNEY.”
Shiann shared photos from 2019 to 2021 to highlight how strong she’s gotten over the past two years of training, so if you need fitness inspo, look no further.

And now the Las Vegas native is coming through with an epic full-body workout that’s sure to help you get a jump-start on hitting your fitness goals.
Shiann took to Instagram after the app infamously crashed earlier this week and wrote, “Instagram was down & I had no idea because I was dying in the gym doing his workout. It was my first day back since last Monday & THAT IS OKAY! It’s okay to give yourself a break, rest and reset! It’s important to listen to your body & give it what it needs.”
And that day, Shiann said her body was “asking for a burning full body workout” and she was kind enough (or just evil enough) to share it with her fans.
She posted videos of herself doing each move in the carousel and detailed the workout step-by-step in the caption of her post. It includes everything from treadmill intervals and reverse lunges to tricep pulldowns and oblique twists.
