Jen Saviano Shares the Biggest Lesson She Learned from ‘The Bachelor,’ Plus: The Best Advice She’s Ever Gotten
Fans first met Bachelor Nation star Jen Saviano on Season 20 of “The Bachelor.” Jen also went on to return for Seasons 3 and 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Jen has started her own business focused on healthy, mindful living and continues to share her journey with Bachelor Nation on social media.
This week, Jen did a Q&A with fans where she answered questions about everything from her Bachelor days to what she’s looking forward to in the future.
When one fan asked Jen the biggest thing she learned from being on “The Bachelor,” Jen replied, “The power of vulnerability.”
She also included a behind-the-scenes photo of herself journaling in the Bachelor Mansion, which she said she did “every chance I could.”
The Bachelor Nation star also shared the best advice she’s ever received: “Don’t try to be the most interesting person in the room; try to be the most interested.”
We love that!
Jen also offered some tips for self-love, including doing “small daily acts of self-care that make you feel good, respected, and alive.”
She explained, “This is a simple tool that helps rewire any limiting beliefs you might have around not feeling worthy of receiving all of these things and more.”
And while it’s been a few years since we’ve seen Jen on our screen, fans are still wondering what’s next for her.
When asked about her five-, 10-, and 20-year plans, Jen said, “My goals and timeline are a bit wobbly thanks to life’s curveballs. But my most consistent goals are: write a book, start a family, have a cooking show, adventure in all forms, host retreats and empower others to live a life they are in love with. In no particular order!”
Those are all incredible goals, and we can’t wait to continue to follow along Jen’s journey as she checks her accomplishments off that list.
