Astrid Loch & Kevin Wendt Welcome Their 1st Child After IVF: ‘My Whole World’
Congrats to Bachelor Nation’s newest parents!
Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt met during Season 5 of “Bachelor in Paradise.” Since then, the two have gotten engaged, Astrid moved to Canada, and now they just welcomed their first child together!
The couple first announced their pregnancy in May 2021 after Astrid opened up about their experience with IVF and infertility. After everything they went through, the Bachelor Nation stars were beyond excited to reveal that they were finally expecting.
And now they are officially parents, with both Kevin and Astrid taking to Instagram to share sweet posts about their bundle of joy.

Astrid shared a photo of her holding their baby’s hand, writing, “My whole world. Born 11/20/2021 & finally home with the rest of the @thewendtgang. Sorry to keep you all waiting, just had to soak this moment up for ourselves first. #babywendt #ivf #ivfbaby #infertility”
Kevin also posted a photo of him holding their little one and showed his love for Astrid, writing, “November 20th 2:02 am @astridloch made my dreams come true. She is my absolute hero for everything she went through the last 2 days in the hospital, and the last 2 years doing everything it took to get this perfect munchkin into the @thewendtgang. I never thought a love like this existed. #ivfbaby”
Astrid also shared more sweet moments on her Instagram Stories, writing, “It doesn’t get better than this,” and revealing that her mom was there as her “emotional support person” while she breastfeeds.

Kevin and Astrid’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars flooded that comments of their posts with congratulations fo the new parents.
Former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay wrote, “Love you guys and over the moon for you and your growing family. Just beautiful…beyond happy for you guys.”
