Bachelor Nation: Do you have a favorite holiday recipe to make?
Natasha Parker: I am the family bartender — I make cocktails and mocktails with fresh juice press juices. Cucumber mint cocktail with a vodka spirit or spicy grapefruit margaritas with fresh juice pressed cucumbers/grapefruit/limes. There are a lot of non-drinkers in my family, so mocktails are key too!

BN: Yum, we love cocktails and mocktails! What about a favorite way to enjoy food with your family during the holidays?
NP: Holiday baking with my nieces is my favorite thing to do. Chocolate chip cookies is classic and easy for them, and they lovvvvve it. They love to add the ingredients into the bowl. So I measure everything out and they put them in. I make two batches — one that’s a little less sweet, and one that they go crazy with extra chocolate chips, and they even add a Hershey’s kiss on the top.
BN: How sweet! That sounds like an amazing little tradition. Do you have a favorite holiday food?
NP: My dad’s mac and cheese is beyond my favorite food ever! I don’t get to indulge in carbs like I used to, so I wait allll year to have it and it’s so, so worth it!
BN: That sounds delicious. Mac and cheese is the best. Did you have a favorite holiday food to eat/make while growing up?
NP: Growing up, I always looked forward to turkey and dressing during the holidays, BUT now I don’t eat meat anymore haha — memories!
BN: Oh, how things can change! What is your favorite holiday tradition that you do with your family?
NP: We don’t have any big traditions. I have a big family, so it’s just nice to look forward to seeing everyone in the same place. Well, one thing that’s not really a tradition, but my dad and I watch “The Godfather” movies every year because they played them on TV during the holidays for so long. It’s my dad’s favorite movie and now we do it out of habit. We watch all of the day after Christmas usually.

BN: That sounds like a really sweet tradition for you and your dad. Is there a dish that you like to cook this time of year?
NP: I do not cook ever on the holidays — the kitchen is my dad’s domain and doesn’t want anyone in there disrupting his flow. It’s been like that my whole life.
BN: Totally. We all have that family member who runs the kitchen! And last but not least, do you always go back for seconds and leave room for dessert?
NP: I love savory, so I go back for seconds, thirds, then sleep!
