Krystal Nielson Gets Real About Pregnancy and Postpartum Acne in Candid New Post

Beloved Bachelor Nation star Krystal Nielson just opened up about pregnancy and postpartum acne in a series of new Instagram posts.
As fans know, Krystal welcomed her daughter Andara in April 2021 with her boyfriend Miles Bowles.
Since giving birth, Krystal has been open about how much she loves being a mom, but she’s also gotten real about the highs and lows of motherhood.

Most recently, Krystal got real about how her skin has changed since getting pregnant with Andara.
The Bachelor Nation star took to social media and shared a series of photos, writing, “Becoming a Mommy has been most incredible, fulfilling and wonderful chapter of my life (so far!) but what HASN’T been a joy is pregnancy and postpartum ACNE.”
Krystal shared what has been working for her, writing, “The ACV, tea tree, aloe toner I used, plus homemade essential oil moisturizer with frankincense and Manuka seem to be helping my acne!”
She said to always check with your health care provider before making any changes, “especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.”
But Krystal shared how grateful she was for the community of her followers who opened up to her about going through something similar.
In her post, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “I shared in stories yesterday asking for some tips and was overwhelmed with the responses from you girls and also by how many OTHER WOMEN were also seeking tips and answers in dealing with adult acne! So I wanted to move this conversation to the grid so more women could get SUPPORT and answers!”
Krystal’s comment section was filled with people sharing their stories and what has worked for them including, “putting breast milk on your skin” and getting “hydro facials.”
Many others thanked Krystal for her honesty and openness about a topic that can sometimes feel “lonely” or “embarrassing.”
The following day, Krystal went on to post on her Stories that her skin was feeling “so much better! Thank you for all the great tips and products to try for acne!”
