Ben Higgins Gets Matching Wedding Rings Tattoos with His Dad: ‘We Got Tattoos Together Today With Our Wives Watching’

As Bachelor Nation fans know, former Bachelor Ben Higgins married the love of his life, Jess Clarke Higgins, last month.
Since then, the two have been honeymooning, moving in together, and spending time with each other’s families for the holiday season.
And if you’ve been keeping up with this couple, you know that while Ben was excited to show off his commitment to Jess, he has expressed his dislike for wearing rings.
During an IG Live in November, Ben said he knows “this sounds crazy,” but he knows two friends who have “lost a finger” from wearing their wedding bands while doing activities like sports.
He said then that he would get a wedding band tattooed so even if he wasn’t wearing his physical wedding ring, he’s still showing his commitment.
And Ben did just that!

The Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share that not only did he get a wedding band tattoo, but he got a matching one with his dad, who also doesn’t enjoy wearing jewelry.
Alongside a photo of the two of them showing off their new ink, Ben wrote, “Due to the size of his knuckles, my dad has not worn a wedding band in 38 years, I knew I wanted a tattoo for every day and wear my band on special occasions. We got to get tattoos together today with our wives watching.”
How sweet!
Ben added that while he still loves his wedding band and plans to wear it for special occasions, “This one will be good for the activities in life.”
Ben’s wife Jess commented on the post, writing, “mine forever,” and many of Ben’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars, like Michael Allio, commented showing their love for this idea.
Congrats again to Ben and Jess on their marriage. We know this is just the beginning for these two!
