Serena Chew Reveals How She Made an Adorable Dress Out of a Gift Shop Sarong and Two Safety Pins

Fans first met Bachelor Nation star Serena Chew on Season 25 of “The Bachelor” and she returned to our screens for Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Serena has been continuing to share her journey with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.
The Bachelor Nation star is known for posting everything from travel content to iconic fashion looks and everything in between!
And most recently, Serena took to Instagram to share a fashion tip from while she was traveling that had fans shook.

During a trip to Hawaii, Serena pulled together a LEWK that looks like it could’ve been bought right off the shelves, but she got crafty and made it herself.
She shared that she was short on an outfit so she went to the gift shop and got a basic sarong.
With the help of just two safety pins, Serena created an adorable mini dress in just minutes.
She started off by using the first safety pin to cinch the sarong in the front.
Then, once the front was pinned, she flipped half of the front to the back and pinned them together in her mid lower back.
She made sure the V was as deep as she wanted and sat in the right spot and then she was ready to go out!
The Bachelor Nation star shared multiple photos in the dress and said it was extremely easy to execute!

Serena said her tip is to bring safety pins with you when you travel — you never know when they might come in handy!
