Krystal Nielson Celebrates Her Daughter’s Birthday with Sweet Post: ‘I’ve Cried Twice Today, All Happy Tears!’

Beloved Bachelor Nation star Krystal Nielson just took to Instagram to celebrate her daughter Andara’s first birthday.
As fans know, Krystal welcomed her daughter with her boyfriend Miles Bowles in April 2021.
Since giving birth, Krystal has been open on social media about how much she loves being a mom, but she’s also gotten real about the highs and lows of motherhood.
And this week is one of those highs as she celebrates their daughter’s first birthday with a sweet post.

The mom wrote, “And we now have a TODDLER! I’ve only cried twice today, all happy tears tho. Happy FIRST birthday to our sparkly princess. You were the absolute BEST thing to ever happen to us. We love you sweet angel. Love, Mommy and Daddy forever.”
In another post, Krystal shared a photo album she made documenting their daughter’s first year of life writing, “Still crying over the fact my baby turns ONE this week. Where did the time go?!” and she added that she is “I’m thinking about doing one of these books every year for her!”
Many of Krystal’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars took to the comments of her posts to wish her daughter a happy first birthday and show their love for Krystal’s little family.
Fellow Bachelor Nation mom Lauren Luyendyk wrote, “Happy bday Andara!”
Madison Prewett chimed in with a bunch of heart emojis and Heather Martin wrote, “Stooop oh my goodness!”

Krystal also shared videos of her favorite memories of Andara from her first year, including her doing her “walk and hug” which Krystal said she’s “loving every second of.”
