Hi, Bachelor Nation! It’s Coach Krystal, and I’m so excited to share my recipe for my famous fat-burning elixir.
This recipe is great if you want more energy, to support your metabolism, and to help promote healthy digestion.
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar over ice
- 2 dashes of cayenne pepper if you like it spicy or 2 dashes of cinnamon if you like it sweet (or both if you’re like me!)
- 1 half lemon, juiced
- Sparkling water
Instructions:
- Pour 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar into your cup with ice.
- Add your 2 dashes of cayenne pepper or cinnamon (or both!).
- Squeeze one-half of a lemon’s juice over the mixture.
- Top off with your favorite sparkling water (flavored or unflavored).
- Stir up and enjoy with a straw!
