Cooking up deliciousness!
Bachelor Nation star Kit Keenan, who competed for Matt James’ heart on Season 25 of “The Bachelor,” has kept fans’ curiosity (and stomachs) full via social media since her exit from the show.
Aside from fashion inspo and workout routines, the New York native’s Instagram series “What’s Kit Cooking?” has become a popular attraction among her fan base.
One of Kit’s latest recipes is both healthy and delicious, and you can keep them in your fridge to eat all week long.
The Bachelor Nation star shared her recipe for Sesame or Everything but the Bagel Seasoned Salmon Bites.
She shared a video of herself preparing the yummy, protein-packed bites, and she also shared gorgeous photos of the final product alongside the written-out recipe.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Ingredients
- 3 salmon filets (about 3 ounces each)
- ½ cup of toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup of everything but the bagel seasoning
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Pat 3 salmon filets dry with paper towels.
- Cut the filets into bite-size chunks (about 1-inch cubes).
- In a shallow bowl, combine ¼ cup of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, the pinch of salt, and the pinch of pepper. Stir mixture.
- Add salmon chunks to coconut amino mixture and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In another shallow bowl, add ½ cup of sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning (or use two bowls and do one of each).
- Remove salmon chunks one at a time from the marinade and roll in sesame seeds or everything but the bagel seasoning until it’s coated on all sides.
- Repeat for each cube of salmon.
- Place coated salmon bites into a pan on medium heat with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry on each side for about 2 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Remove from pan and enjoy on salads, rice bowls, and more!
Kit's fellow Bachelor Nation star Pieper James even tried whipping up the recipe herself, see her photo below!
