Clayton Echard Shares Muscular Endurance Workout That’ll Take Your Leg Day to a New Level

Former Bachelor Clayton Echard has been driving across the country with his girlfriend Susie Evans to their new home together in Virginia Beach.
And along the way, the two have made time for quite a few workouts to get their legs moving and get out of the car.
Clayton recorded one of his challenging leg workouts and posted it to his TikTok page.
If you’re looking to take your leg day to the next level, Clayton has you covered! In case you forgot, before he was the Bachelor, Clayton was a Division 1 college football player and even made it to the NFL.

So this workout isn’t for the faint of… legs.
For his lower body circuit, Clayton does four sets of each movement and does 15 to 20 reps per set.
- Goodmornings
- Squats
- Pop squats
- Seated cal raises
- Stationary lunges
- RDLs
- Iso-hold squats
- Jump lunges
Now do that four times. Easy enough, right?!
