Mari Pepin’s Minimal Equipment At-Home Workout for an Effective Full-Body Burn
Fans first met Mari Pepin on Season 25 of “The Bachelor,” and we saw her find love with her fiancé Kenny Braasch on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
And if you’ve been keeping up with Mari since her time on the shows, you know she’s been continuing to share her life with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.
Mari shares everything from her favorite recipes to fashion tips to her favorite workout routines.
This week, she shared her minimal equipment at-home workout, which you can do from anywhere and it will get your whole body burning.
For this workout, you’ll need two sets of dumbbells (one light and one medium), one medium kettlebell, and a mat or comfortable surface to lie on.
If you only have one set of dumbbells, you can make this entire workout work with just those.
Mari starts off with her first circuit of exercises, including 15-lb. kettlebell squats (could be done with a dumbbell), 15-lb. kettlebell side bends, and 12-lb. dumbbell bicep curls.
The Bachelor Nation star does 15 reps of each exercise before stopping for a quick dance break!
Mari then moves on to an arms-only circuit with her 2-lb. light dumbbells.
In this circuit, she does 30 reps each of bicep curls, overhead tricep extensions, chest presses, and rows.
And for her last circuit, Mari lays out her yoga mat for an ab burner!
In the core circuit, the Bachelor Nation star does 15 reps each of dead bugs, Russian twists, side reaches, front reaches, and scissor kicks.
You can repeat these circuits as many times as you’d like, but as Mari notes, don’t forget to stretch after!
This workout can be done from home, at the park, or during a lunch break, and only requires a few minutes for a great burn.
