Jasmine Nguyen’s Recipe for Morning Wellness Shots That Are Perfect for Jump-Starting Your Day!
If you ever feel like you need a boost of health and wellness in the morning to start your day, Bachelor Nation star Jasmine Nguyen has you covered!
Fans first met Jasmine on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and since then, she’s been keeping Bachelor Nation updated with her life on social media.
She shares everything from style tips to recipes to skin care/makeup and everything in between.
Most recently, Jasmine took to Instagram to share a recipe for a wellness shot and wrote, “Morning burn. Great for gut health + your skin!”
In the video, which quickly raked in tens of thousands of views, Jasmine shared the step-by-step instructions for making the pineapple, ginger, lemon, and cayenne pepper elixir shots.

She starts off with a large bunch of ginger, chops it up and adds it to her blender with two handfuls of frozen pineapple.
She adds one cup of water to the blender and mixes it all together.
After the juice is fully blended, Jasmine pours it through a strainer to remove all the pulp before putting it into a jar.
Once the strained juice is in the jar, she squeezes the juice of one lemon into the mixture and adds in cayenne pepper before stirring it all up and taking a shot!
In the comments, she noted that you can also add turmeric and black pepper to the wellness elixir as well for an additional boost.
