Caroline Lunny Shares Emotional Post Closing the Chapter on Her Egg Freezing Journey
Caroline Lunny is opening up.
Bachelor Nation fans first met Caroline on Season 22 of “The Bachelor,” and she’s since appeared on both “Bachelor in Paradise” and “Bachelor in Paradise Australia.”
Outside of her time on the Bachelor Nation shows, Caroline has been extremely open about her fertility and egg freezing journey.
She’s spent the past two years dedicated to her fertility journey and has been sharing everything she’s learned in order to help other women who might not even know they could be in the same situation.
Caroline has been open about her eight surgeries she’s gotten over the past couple years in order to freeze her eggs, and after a long road, she currently has 11 eggs frozen waiting for her when she’s ready.
Now, Caroline took to Instagram to share that she’s at the end of her egg freezing journey in an emotional new post.

Alongside video of her and her doctor in the hospital, Caroline wrote, “I spent the last two years of my life giving everything I had to my fertility journey. My doctor did everything she could and for now we’ve done all that we can do. It’s bittersweet and absolutely terrifying, but we have to leave the rest up to God. And as terrified as I am, I trust him and my doctor.”
And in her emotional caption, Caroline shared that the past couple years have been some of the hardest of her life.
She wrote, “It’s been over two years since I started on this journey. I’ve given this everything I have. Every single ounce of energy I had left in me, went towards my future kids. It’s gross how much I already love these kids, I would do anything and everything for them.”
Caroline went on to thank her doctor, Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, saying, “This journey has taught me everything. I never knew how strong I was until I thought I didn’t have the strength to keep going, but somehow I did. @eggwhisperer i love you. I will never know how to repay you for everything you have done for me.”

And while her egg freezing part of the journey is over, Caroline shared that there’s still a long road ahead if she ever pursues IVF or any other fertility treatments.
She wrote, “We still have a long road ahead of us, but for now, we’ve done all we can do. For now we cross our fingers and pray God’s plan is even better than our own. I’m terrified. So much is still uncertain. But I trust Him. I trust that He knows my heart and hope He knows I’m supposed to be a mom one day. This is the part where we just *have faith* and pray like crazy. Thank you all for being here and being on this journey with me. Your love, support, encouragement, stories, and prayers did not go unnoticed.”
We know that Caroline sharing her journey will help so many other women going through something similar and will help spread fertility awareness.
