He said yes!

As Bachelor Nation fans know, Becca Kufrin proposed to Thomas Jacobs last month, and now the newly engaged couple is spilling all the tea on the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast.

On the day she proposed, Becca shared that she told Thomas they were going to a photo shoot for her sparkling wine brand, Bourdon.

Upon their arrival, Thomas revealed, “I walk up and I jokingly said, ‘This is really nice. What, are you proposing to me or something?’”

Becca chimed in, saying, “He said that and didn’t even think twice about it, but he was right. He’s never on time and this was the only time he was on time, so I played it off, saying, ‘Yeah, you were actually on time this time, so of course I’m going to propose.’ And then I turned around and was like, ‘Oh no, he knows!’ But he really didn’t have a clue.”

The two eventually sat down and started taking photos with the wine when Becca kicked off the proposal with a special note.

Thomas explained, “We finally sit down and we’re enjoying this beautiful setup. We’re taking some photos with the wine and charcuterie, and then finally Becca hands me this card about 10 minutes in. I thought I was nice even though it was a wine photo shoot and thought it was a little weird.”

He went on, “Then I open the card and it talks about how she loves spending all of her days with me and she wants to spend all of her tomorrows with me and there was a QR code. I open up the QR code on my phone and it’s a video of all my friends and family telling me reasons why they love me.”

Becca’s co-host Michelle Young chimed in, saying, “This is why women need to propose more often. This is insane! The effort and sentiment is amazing!”

Thomas continued on sharing the proposal story, saying, “I had no idea what it was. There was this 15-minute video and [I] said, ‘Babe, this is amazing, but we should watch this later.’ I felt bad for the photographer who was there to take pictures of the wine. I was sent there on a mission to do the wine photo shoot and I was going to the best job I could!”

Eventually Becca convinced him to keep watching and he shared, “Then, finally, at the end of the video, my favorite part of it all, Becca said that she wants me to know that our partnership is 50/50 and she loves me so much and she doesn’t want this to take away from anything I may have had planned. She wanted this to be an expression of her love that adds to our story, and she didn’t want to wait any longer because she knew she wanted to spend her life with me. Then she proposed! She pulled out a ring and it was pure enjoyment.”

Becca said she didn’t get on a knee because they were both sitting, but the moment was really special for both of them.

We love Becca and Thomas’ love, and we can’t wait for all that the future holds for these two!
