On this week’s episode of “Bachelor Happy Hour,” Becca Kufrin sat down with Sarah Nicole Landry, aka The Birds Papaya.

Now, she’s chatting all things Bachelor Nation with Becca and sharing her thoughts on the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette.”
Sarah didn’t hold back when it came to sharing her Bachelor Nation fandom and her love for the franchise.

She said, “Bachelor Nation is such a special little place. I love the shows. I mostly love watching to sit with my husband and have him start off saying he doesn’t care, but then he’s so opinionated about it. I have watched for years and years and I get so caught up in all of it.”
And she shared her current favorite Bachelor Nation show, saying, “I started watching ‘Paradise’ for the first time with your season, Becca. It was the first one I ever watched. I’m hooked on ‘Paradise’ now. I might love it even more than the other shows. Do I have things I would like to come in and change about the show? Yes. But I am also so down with having guilty pleasures, it’s a pure pleasure for me to watch. I genuinely enjoy the Bachelor franchise. It’s my only reality show I watch.”
Since Sarah is such a diehard Bachelor Nation fan, Becca had to ask her what her thoughts are on the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette” where there will be two Bachelorettes for the entire season for the first time.
Sarah candidly said, “I just need clarification on the two Bachelorettes situation and how it’s going to work. I am interested to see how it’s going to work out. I do love what it’s showcasing, though. I always wonder if they are falling in love or are they just in competition, because that can be confusing. So I think this will be really neat having two people that genuinely were in competition, but they are able to set that aside to be each other’s friend.”

Sarah shared how what Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia will be experiencing on-screen is actually something that happens fairly often in real life.
She said, “I think that there are times in our life where that truly happens, so to watch that will be interesting. Think about you and a friend going for the same job or it can even be a fellow woman, doesn’t have to be a friend. When someone else gets an opportunity that you really hoped for, it takes a lot to be excited for them, especially as women because statistically there is only one spot for women at a table of six men. This makes us inherently competitive, so the notion that we brought two women that were in competition and put them into supportive roles for each other, I love that. I can’t wait.”
We can’t wait either! Gabby and Rachel’s season kicks off on Monday, July 11, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
