Clayton Echard & Susie Evans Share Quick and Easy Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Bachelor Nation couple Clayton Echard and Susie Evans found love on Season 26 of “The Bachelor” and have been sharing their relationship on social media ever since.
The two moved in together in Virginia Beach and post everything from their travels to their workouts to funny couples videos.
And most recently, Clayton and Susie (aka Claysie) shared a recipe for a quick and easy breakfast sandwich recipe that’s both delicious and nutritious.
Alongside a video of them cooking up the recipe, Clayton wrote, “Nutrition is a major part of one’s journey toward achieving the body of their dreams! We’ve all heard it’s 50/50, 60/40, 70/30, etc. when it comes to nutrition vs lifting, as far as how important each one is to reaching our fitness goals. It all depends on what your goals are (gain muscle, lose fat, maintain) as far as the exact % breakdown, but nonetheless, we should prioritize both if we want to see results. So give this quick, easy and tasty meal a try next time you have breakfast!”
And while the ingredient combination isn’t your typical breakfast sandwich, Susie commented on the post that the recipe is “Shockingly such a good combination of foods!!!”

- Start by melting some butter or oil onto a pan or stove top.
- Crack eggs, season them with salt and pepper, and fry them to your desired firmness.
- Slice and toast cinnamon raisin bagels.
- Heat up leftover pulled pork (or other protein of choice).
- Layer the pulled pork and egg on top of the bagel and top with pepper jack cheese.
- Add a dash of your hot sauce of choice.
- Eat either open-faced or as a sandwich and enjoy!
