Joe Amabile & Serena Pitt Show Off Their Renovated NYC Apartment!
Home sweet home!
Bachelor Nation fan favorite couple Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt found love and got engaged on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, they moved in together in New York City to their first home as a couple.
Now, the two are sharing their apartment makeover by home décor expert Alexandra Gater.
Joe and Serena joined Alexandra on her YouTube channel to discuss the renovation and what they were looking for in their space.
Joe kicked things off and discussed their move, saying, “The move has been pretty smooth! With moving from Chicago to New York, I thought it was going to be a much bigger headache, but it hasn’t been bad.”
Serena chimed in, adding, “It’s definitely different having both of our stuff in such a small space! It was easy in the sense that we just moved all of Joe’s furniture into a new space. It wasn’t like we were trying to shop for new stuff, so that made it easy to an extent. But we still have some blank walls and it’s still very much a work in progress.”
And when it comes to how they wanted their space to feel one word came to mind: Home.
Joe said, “We’re looking to make this place feel more like our style and more homey as opposed to just looking like our first apartment, which it is.”
Serena also shared what else they’re hoping for with their space.
She said, “We’re both content creators. We shoot a lot of content in our space, so I want it to look aesthetically pleasing, and there are spaces where it looks cute to shoot there. Right now it just feels like we’ve taken all our stuff and just thrown it in here. We want it to be more of an intentionally decorated space.”

Serena took to Instagram and wrote, “We can FINALLY share our apartment makeover with you all!! A huge thank you to @alexandragater and her team for this beautiful transformation!!”
