Vanessa Grimaldi Shares Third-Trimester Update and the Importance of Her Doula
The latest bumpdate!
Vanessa Grimaldi announced in April that she and her husband Josh Wolfe are expecting their first child together.
The two shared that they are having a baby boy, and Vanessa has been sharing updates along the way throughout her pregnancy.
Now that she’s in her third trimester, she took to Instagram to share an update on how she’s been feeling.
She wrote, “Third trimester is no joke. No matter how many hours of sleep I get per night, I am BEYOND exhausted during the day.”

Thankfully, Vanessa shared that she’s had her doula with her every step of the way.
In another post about her doula Mama Oracle, she wrote, “Maybe it’s the teacher in me, but I enjoy making checklists and being as prepared as I can be for mostly everything lol. Pregnancy is no exception. I made a checklist early on and finding a doula was a priority.”
Vanessa went on, saying, “If you’re like me and like having questions answered promptly without feeling judged or having to wait a month until you see your doctor, having the support of a Doula is SO reassuring. @mamaoracle has made my pregnancy journey thus far so enjoyable and stress-free knowing I have the support I need, when I need it.”
She also shared a list of what doulas provide for pregnant mamas.
The Bachelor Nation star wrote that doulas are there to give “emotional and mental support during pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. Information on pregnancy, how births happen, and how to take care of yourself in postpartum. Information on techniques that will help you like breathing exercices, massage, etc. @mamaoracle does reiki regularly to help reduce labor pains, stress and anxiety around pregnancy, heartburns and pregnancy insomnia. During the birth, Doulas stay with you at the hospital for support as well.”
