Going the distance.

Bachelor Nation fans saw Clayton Echard and Susie Evans find love on Season 26 of “The Bachelor.”

Since their time on the show, the two have moved in together in Virginia Beach and have been sharing their life with fans on social media.

Last month, Clayton stopped by the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast, where he revealed the two would be leaving Virginia Beach and going long distance for a bit.

Clayton said, “Currently, we are in Virginia Beach, but our next step actually is, I’m moving to Scottsdale, and she’s going to move in the interim to L.A. Only a 50-minute flight apart, but we’re both chasing our dreams, and I think location-wise, we both feel that those are the spots that we want to be.”

And now, Susie is opening up about their move and what it means for the future of their relationship.

During a recent Instagram Q&A, one fan asked if she was really moving to L.A. and doing long distance with Clayton.

Susie responded, “Kind of! I don’t have a place to live after this month. He’s going to be in AZ looking for a house to buy, I’ll be AirBnbing in LA (if anyone hears of any job openings in projection, let me know!) We plan to go back and forth and see how we like both spots.”

Another fan asked if her plan is to ultimately move to Arizona to be with her boyfriend, and Susie got candid with her response.

She said, “I think we want the option to live in AZ or VA. When I’m able to, I’ll buy a home in VA close to my family. Hopefully someday we will have both and use one as a rental. Family is so important to both of us and we don’t feel like we need to give up on living by family indefinitely for either of us. Hoping for a lifestyle that will allow both sides of the family to be close by!”

Susie shared that Clayton has been house hunting in Arizona and said, “Hopefully I’ll get to go along for a couple viewings with him, but TBH, Clayton is more picky about a home/location than I am, so I know whatever he picks will be amazing!”

And speaking of Clayton, she also shared her favorite thing about her boyfriend.

Susie wrote, “He has put so much effort into our relationship and making himself a better human in general. He went through a challenging year, became very honest with himself and grew tremendously. A lot of people would have crumbled, but instead he opened himself up to growth and became a better person and partner. I feel lucky to have him.”
