Becca Tilley Dishes on Her Relationship with Hayley Kiyoko and Shares a Sweet Throwback Moment

In May, Bachelor Nation star Becca Tilley confirmed her relationship with singer Hayley Kiyoko in Hayley’s “Bachelorette”-themed music video.
Since then, the two have been sharing more and more of their relationship on social media after keeping their relationship private for their first four years together.
Now, Becca is answering fan questions about her relationship with her girlfriend in an Instagram Q&A.
One person asked, “When did you feel comfortable opening up about your relationship? I’m in a similar situation and I’m terrified.”
Becca got candid with her answer and said, “The honest answer? When I didn’t feel terrified anymore. It had been four years and Hayley and I had been through so much together in that time. I felt so confident and strong in our relationship and our love that I just felt ready.”

The Bachelor Nation star continued on, saying, “I knew we had support from people we love and I felt ready to share it with everyone else. There wasn’t one moment where I felt ready specifically, it was just as a whole I didn’t feel that feeling of fear. I felt anxious and excited, but it wasn’t fear.”
Becca also shared some advice for the fan who asked the question, saying, “Be gentle with yourself. There is no rush, but there will be a moment where you feel the relief and it will be worth it.”
Another fan asked Becca what Taylor Swift song represents her relationship with Hayley best and she said, “Hmmm… off the top of my head, Enchanted or You Are In Love.”
During the Q&A, Becca also shared a throwback moment from the early days of her relationship with Hayley.

She posted a photo of a lock with their initials on it and wrote, “In January 2019, Hayley was in Paris on her European tour and bought a lock and wrote our initials on it at the Sacré Coeur de Montmartre and sent me this.”
Then Becca followed up with another photo of her next to the lock and wrote, “About a month later, Laura and I were in Paris and went to the same spot and found the lock.”
