Sarah Herron Reveals She Felt Her Baby’s First Kicks: ‘What a Trip!’
Major milestone!
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the Bachelor Nation shows, Sarah has been extremely open with fans about important topics like fertility, egg freezing, limb differences, and mental health.
Then in September, after many high highs and low lows of the IVF process, Sarah revealed that she’s finally pregnant with a baby boy!
Now, Sarah just took to Instagram to share a major milestone she just experienced at 18 weeks pregnant.

Alongside photos cradling her baby bump, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “Felt the first REAL kick last night while in bed. I’ve felt him fluttering for a few weeks now, but last night I felt him rolling around quite a bit. So I pressed my hand gently where I felt the movement coming from and all of the sudden he gave a strong, distinct kick! What a trip!”
How exciting!
Sarah also shared photos from her babymoon and wrote, “18 weeks with you.”
