Abigail Heringer Swims in Cochlear Implants for the First Time with Noah Erb’s Support
New year, new experiences!
Bachelor Nation fans first met Abigail Heringer on Season 25 of “The Bachelor,” and she went on to find love with Noah Erb on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
During her time on Bachelor Nation shows, Abigail opened up about her hearing loss and how she wears a cochlear implant.
Since her time on the shows, Abigail has been sharing her life with Bachelor Nation on social media, including many posts about being deaf, where she educates her hundreds of thousands of followers.
Now, Abigail just took to TikTok to share a new experience when she got to swim for the first time with her new waterproof cochlear implant.
Previously, Abigail didn’t have the Aqua Plus version of the implant, which allows you to wear it in the water, so she would just take it off to swim.
But she finally got one and shared a video, writing, “Hearing for the first time while swimming and I’m obsessed!!”
In the video, Abigail is seen putting on the Aqua Plus and dunking her head underwater while her boyfriend Noah cheers her on.
At first, Abi was scared to get the new device wet out of habit, but when she finally went underwater, she loved it!
