Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Lowe famously found love and got engaged on Season 17 of “The Bachelor.”
The two have since gotten married and welcomed three adorable children into their family.
Now, Sean just took to Instagram for a Q&A where he revealed how he and Catherine have been keeping the sparks alive over the past decade together.
One person asked Sean how he and Catherine make it work, and he said, “We commit. Commit to making it work and commit to trying our best to love each other every day.”

Another fan asked how they keep the fire alive in their marriage after having kids.
The former Bachelor threw in some of his famous sarcasm and said, “Don’t let kids sleep in your bed! Also, it helps if the man is dripping in testosterone like Catherine’s husband ha!”
A fan also asked Sean if he thinks their kids look more like him or Catherine and he shared a photo of the three of them side by side with Catherine.
Sean wrote, “I think they all look like mama!”
