Jade Roper Tolbert Shares Scary Experience with Allergic Reaction: ‘Thanks for All the Kind Messages’

Bachelor Nation fans saw Jade Roper Tolbert and Tanner Tolbert find love and get engaged on the beach during Season 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Now, the two share three adorable children and continue to keep Bachelor Nation updated with their lives on social media.
This week, Jade took to her Instagram Stories to share an update about a scary allergic reaction she had.
On her Stories, Jade said, “So this was not exactly how I wanted today to start. I was stung by a bee and as you might know, I’m allergic.”
The Bachelor Nation star recalled last year when she was stung by a wasp on her leg and the allergic reaction was so severe that she developed cellulitis.
So she shared that she and Tanner were on their way to find an EpiPen for her to use because they didn’t have one at home after a recent shortage.
Jade wrote that she was experiencing “some symptoms like racing heartbeat, dizziness and a hoarse voice,” so they were on their way to urgent care.
Hours later, she took back to her Stories to share an update and thankfully Jade is okay!
She wrote, “Update! Didn’t need to use an epipen, but now I have them on hand again if needed. I was prescribed antibiotics and have to get a tetanus shot I guess. I’m feeling a lot better, just still feeling dizzy/faint. Thanks for all the kind messages! You never know with things like allergies!”
We’re so glad Jade is doing better, and we’re continuing to send her love as she heals from this scary incident.
