Last February, Bachelor Nation star Hannah Ann Sluss went public with her relationship with Jake Funk, who plays running back for the L.A. Rams.
Now, the two are officially engaged, and Hannah Ann shared the exciting news on TikTok!
Hannah Ann took to her TikTok page to share a sweet video with her fiancé and showed off their gorgeous date night setup and her stunning ring.
Alongside the video, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “The surprise at the end he had for me!”
In the video, Hannah Ann and Jake are enjoying a beautiful dinner on the beach and “She said yes!” was projected onto the oceanside rocks.
