Michael Allio Shares Major Update on Danielle Maltby Moving to Ohio
Major moves!
Bachelor Nation fans saw Michael Allio and Danielle Maltby find love and leave the beach together on Season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
And late last year, Danielle was on the apartment and job hunt looking to make her move from Nashville to Cleveland to be closer to Michael and his son James.
Now, Michael is updating fans with the latest on Danielle’s moving plans!
During an Instagram Q&A, someone asked Michael if there were any updates on Danielle moving to Ohio.

Michael said, “I guess it’s been a little while since I gave you guys an update on what’s going on with us. It’s been crazy busy! Next week I am going to Nashville to help Dani move and see all her friends. We’re doing a little last hurrah.”
The Bachelor Nation star went on, sharing, “Then the following weekend, she’s moving to Cleveland! She found an awesome place and got an awesome job. It’s all looking good. This is going to be an awesome year!”
How exciting!
Another fan asked Michael how he’s doing after this week being the four-year anniversary since his late wife Laura passed away.
He said, “I’m doing really good. I’m excited about the future with everything that’s going on. As you know, the other day I posted about it being four years since Laura passed. It’s been difficult. It’s been a crazy four years, regardless of whatever it looks like on social media.”

Michael went on, saying, “I assure you that my days are a roller coaster. If I do make them look so easy, I’m sorry about that. That gives a false idea of what real life is. It’s hard looking back and remembering all the moments. I’m trying to do as much as I can to keep Laura’s legacy alive so that James and so many others have something to hold on to and remember her by. She was so worth remembering.”
We know Michael is doing incredible work with the foundation he created to honor Laura, and his openness about his grief on social media continues to help so many others.
We can’t wait for all that the future holds for him and Danielle, and we’re excited to see them start their lives together in Ohio!
