On to the next chapter!

Bachelor Nation fans saw Michael Allio and Danielle Maltby find love and leave the beach together on Season 8 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

And last month, Michael revealed that Danielle “found an awesome place and got an awesome job” in Cleveland so she could be closer to him and his son James.

Now, Danielle took to Instagram to bid farewell to Nashville, where she’s lived for the past 12 years.

In the post, Danielle shared her goodbye party with her Nashville chosen family that was filled with delicious food and live music performances.

Alongside the videos, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “As I write this, my mom is taking the first shift driving up to Cleveland. This week I have been overwhelmed with love. Nashville was my rebirth. I moved here a shell of myself after [my late fiancé] Nic had passed. Craving a fresh start and to not be blasted with memories everywhere I went.”

Danielle went on, saying, “Throughout the last 12 years — the universe, God, whatever invisible thread that connects us has brought some of the most important people into my life. People who have loved me, taught me, shaped me and people who became family. One of the most special things connecting all of us was music and family dinner nights.”

Danielle wrote that her farewell party was “a truly beautiful shared experience of fulfilling food and music” tributes that her friends played for her.

She concluded her post by writing, “My beautiful friends @chris_warnecke @jamiemwarnecke — the most incredible hosts and smoker of meats, the home that was always open for the deepest convos and warmest campfires. It was the perfect send off. I know I’m a snob when it comes to music but I blame it on the insanely talented writers and musicians in my life. All of whom took the mic and shared their gifts for @michael_alliol4 and I. I love you, my chosen family.”

Michael commented on Danielle’s post, saying, “Beautiful. These people are honestly some of the most talented and inspiring people I’ve ever met. Listen to their music guys… you’ll see what I mean.”

And many of Danielle and Michael’s friends also shared their love for the couple in the comments.

Their friend Leah said, “Dani, you have been a constant in my life since the first night we met! I’m so happy for you, Michael & this new season of life. Love you so much!”

And their friend Paul added, “Love you & Michael so much! Looking forward to more Cleveland hangs!”
