Bachelor Nation fans are getting to know Aly as she looks for love with Zach on this season of “The Bachelor.”

This week, we saw Aly go on her very first one-on-one date with Zach and they took their relationship to new heights… literally.

The two went skydiving in wedding outfits before enjoying a romantic moment in the hot tub.

Now, Aly is stopping by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast, where she is breaking down her date and revealing what we didn’t see.

While Aly seemed very calm, cool, and collected before she and Zach jumped out of a plane, she revealed to co-hosts Joe Amabile and Mari Pepin that she was freaking out internally.

Aly said, “I can confidently say that you get used to the fact that there’s a production and there are other people around. You get very accustomed to that very quickly because you are just thrown into it. That day, at least in the beginning, I have never been more hyper aware of everything that was around me. Watching it back with my friends, they were saying I am not usually that mellow and asked how I stayed that chill.”

She went on, saying, “I was internally combusting and freaking out but I was trying to be cool. I was saying, ‘What’s the worst that could happen? They weren’t gonna film me dying. If there was any safe moment to skydive, it’s right now.’ I compartmentalized that and wanted to stay calm, cool, and collected. We did not have time for a temper tantrum out here. Just jump and be done. Once I was in the air, the first few seconds were terrifying. I couldn’t breathe or move, but once he pulled the parachute, I was just flying. I thought it was so euphoric, I loved every second of it. I would do it again!”

Joe asked Aly how Zach’s nerves were, and she said he was extremely chill given the circumstances.

Aly said, “Zach was saying that he was freaking out, but he was so cool. He was talking a lot and the man just told us the instructions, and I was trying to remember exactly what he said about where to put my head and feet. Zach was just being so sweet and nice and I was so focused on what was going on and so I was quiet trying to remember the instructions. Zach really seemed very calm.”

The Bachelor Nation star also said that she’s seen some comments about Zach online and added, “He is very nice, I can attest to that. I see everything online. He really is that nice. He is a good guy. I usually date really good guys. I’m a softie!”

And after they went skydiving, Aly and Zach enjoyed some time in a hot tub together, where Aly said they really got to talk candidly with one another.

She opened up about their conversation, saying, “We were just shooting the sh*t. We were just talking. It was really nice and they just gave us time to talk. At this point, I really start like him, I get the feels. He’s so sweet, so kind, and you feel like you can be open with him.”

She went on, “We literally just fell from the sky, so those nerves all went out the window after that. We just got to hang out and vibe. He’s really easygoing, easy to talk to, and could probably make friends anywhere. He’s just that guy. I’m feeling the feels. I also hope he’s feeling me. He better be!”
