Ashley Iaconetti Tries Famous ‘Bachelor’ Hug Jump on Husband Jared Haibon for the First Time

Bachelor Nation fans know that it’s a longtime trend on the show for cast members to run and leap into each other’s arms when first seeing each other for a date.
There are entire fan accounts on social media dedicated to these iconic hug jumps, aka “HuJus.”

Now, fan favorite Bachelor Nation couple Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are trying out the hug jump for the very first time.
Ashley took to Instagram and shared a video doing the hug jump and wrote, “I never Koala hugged any man on The Bachelor because I know I don’t reek of coordination or natural flirtatiousness. I figured it was time to attempt the run-and-jump style hug for the first time with Jared for content’s sake.”
She continued on, saying, “It’s not good…but I expected to throw him to the ground, so I’m feeling cute and feminine. Also, who the heck jumps on a guy when meeting out for a date?!?! This is exclusively a Bachelor tradition.”

Fans filled the comments of the post loving Ashley and Jared’s version of the hug jump.
