Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Raven Gates Gottschalk on Season 21 of “The Bachelor” and on Season 4 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” where she met her husband, Adam Gottschalk.

Raven and Adam are currently expecting their second child together, and the Bachelor Nation star just took to Instagram for a Q&A with fans.

She answered questions about her pregnancy, their relationship, and her businesses.

If you’ve been keeping up with Raven since her “Bachelor” days, you know that for many years she owned and ran a boutique called Grey Suede in her hometown in Arkansas.

During her Q&A, Raven revealed that she actually sold the store back in 2020 and opened up about why.

The Bachelor Nation star said, “Every time I do a Q&A, I get this question and I’ve gotten it a couple times this time. I sold the boutique about three years ago. I got an offer I couldn’t refuse. I wasn’t planning on selling it, but it was about the time that Adam and I were getting married and starting a family. I was just changing directions.”

Raven went on, adding, “ I didn’t set out to sell it, but I got an offer, couldn’t refuse, and sold it. I thought I’d be really sad about it, but it was just a chapter I just closed and I can reopen it at any time. Right now, though, I was just focused on becoming a mom and my direction just shifted. I do get this question all the time, though, and I know I never made a post about it or anything. I try to answer whenever it comes up, but yeah, it’s been gone for three years.”

Raven also opened up about her birth plan for baby number two.

She said, “When I mentioned a few weeks ago I’d have another C-section I had no idea how many of you would come after me. As many of you know the first time I had an emergency C-section and this time I was hoping for a vaginal birth. But unfortunately, after my anatomy scan, due to a medical issue with my placenta I cannot have a vaginal birth. It’s a completely different issue than what I had with Gates.”

Raven went on, “I probably shouldn’t have even shared that I would have another C-section because some of you were so horrible to me thinking I chose that. Well, I didn’t and even if I did… Can we give moms a little bit of grace? I actually really struggled with the fact I had a C-section the first time and now I have had to wrap my head around doing it again. Let’s just be nicer to women. We don’t know what they’re going through.”

She also shared that while she, Adam, their family, and friends know the gender of baby number two, they haven’t shared it on social media yet.

The mom said since she’s already waited this long, they might just wait until the baby is born to share the gender.
